One of the bad parts about Twitter is their support. Other than that, Twitter really rocks.



So let me answer your question and provide a solution below.



First, I don't believe it will be possible for you to get back into your Twitter account without remembering the Email address. Therefore, your best option is to setup a new account. You might even find that while attempting to setup a new account the Email address you attempt to do it with has already been used. If you find this to be the case you may have found the Email address that you used to setup your initial account.



However, this solution presents a problem in relinking with all the followers you had connected with on the locked account. Presuming that you remember the USER ID for that account, you can send a tweet to that account letting people know that you have setup a new USER ID and will not be checking this old account. You can then recommend that they follow your new USER ID. I would send this message to that account on a daily basis for about a month so that everyone actively following your tweets will see and be able to come follow your new profile on Twitter.
